College of LawMartin Polaine continues his role as a practitioner lecturer/tutor for its Applied Law LLM in ASEAN +6 Cross-Border Legal Practice. Martin teaches Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Intellectual Property, International Arbitration and Trade & Investment.

The course is a practice-based LLM developed ‘for practitioners, by practitioners’ and focuses on the ASEAN+6 region with an emphasis on cross-border legal practice. It provides a practical and interactive learning experience for the students through a combination of practical case studies, self-assessments and tutorials.

In addition, Martin Polaine and Arvinder Sambei wrote the international arbitration course for practitioners for the College of Law, which was accredited by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in January 2021 as a pathway to membership.
